Black Tux Consultancy registers companies, partnerships, sole proprietorship, joint ventures, NGOs at a reasonable fee. This service involves conducting a search on the client’s business name, drafting the necessary paperwork,   and filing it with the relevant authority. We make sure you are set to start by also helping you acquire the necessary licenses from the district councils. Where the client is an NGO, we make sure you have the NGO permit. We do follow up for at least a month to make sure everything is running smoothly.
